Our private and fully equipped Glasgow gym is an awesome facility used by personal trainers, local sports clubs and even some of Scotland’s top athletes. Featuring an excellent range of cardio equipment and free weights up to Olympic weightlifting standards, our gym also features functional and sports-specific equipment and an outdoor training area, plus prehab and rehab kit.
Our gym is a place for a proper workout, we don’t do mirrors! We also pride ourselves on being a female-friendly gym, and we’re fully supportive of training designed for bone density, post natal exercise and fitness for good mental health etc. We’ve even got a kids’ corner which can be used by mums who want to work out.
Our resident PTs work across a range of disciplines. We can offer 1-to-1 or small group training to develop a personalised programme, designed to help you reach, or even exceed, your fitness goals.

BUILD
Our strength sessions are designed to create the muscles your body needs to stay happy, healthy and strong.
Strength training helps support joints, reduce injury risk, improve confidence and build a body that can cope with everyday life.
BURN
Our conditioning sessions focus on fitness, energy and improving overall health.
These sessions help improve stamina and cardiovascular fitness while giving you that feel-good energy boost.
RECOVER
Recovery is where many people miss out.
These sessions focus on mobility, stretching and movement designed to keep injuries away and help your body recover.
Because looking after your body is just as important as training it.
All sessions are coach-led, small group sessions with a maximum of 10 people per class.
